Achievements:

Successfully accompanied the Chinese government delegation for exporting pork from Romania to China. As a result, I was also requested to be present for the beef export and further negotiations for pork exports.

Project Manager / Infrastructure Leader / Administrative Manager 2006 – 2012

Huawei Tech. Investment Co. Ltd. (Telecommunication), Bucharest, Romania

Tasks: office relocation, vendors’ negotiations, office renting, canteen, car fleet and office management, budgeting, forecasting, manager of a team of 19 colleagues.

Achievements:

Infrastructure Leader - Vodafone-Huawei Management Services Project: during the transition period of only 2 months, I physically and legally transferred 15 new locations countrywide, 123 new cars and thousands of engineer’s tools from Vodafone to Huawei;

Project Manager - office relocation for 200 employees, 2,000 sq. m, including negotiations with building owners, furniture suppliers, coffee and water vendors, the actual partitioning and IT and power cabling, and in just 3 days I carried out the actual physical movement of furniture, computers and accessories;

All invoices were paid on time – zero suppliers’ complaints;

Project Manager - designed, opened and run a canteen accommodating around 100 people, and, through negotiations, obtained the renovation for the canteen included in the price of the relocation, as damages;

Administrative Manager – managed 19 people, daily office building management, labor protection, medical check-ups, internal administrative procedures, HR interviews, leisure activities for company staff, renting and running 25 apartments for the abroad employees;

In 2 months I cleared up over 200 overdue invoices, for which the Company was under a threat of being sued by the suppliers.

Achievements:
