Enclosed, you will find a summary of my career and accomplishments for your
consideration and review. Upon doing so, you will see I have accumulated a
broad range of experience by working the past thirteen (13) years within
the field of alcohol / substance abuse and HIV/AIDS services.
Currently, I hold a CASAC Credential from the New York State Office of

on Harm Reduction, Outreach, HIV/AIDS, Mental Health and Substance Abuse.
I am interested in playing an active role in an organization that can
provide an opportunity in which my personal drive, training, years of
experience, and ability to interface effectively with diverse/hard to reach
populations can be utilized to its greatest advantage.
Therefore, I am enthusiastic about exploring the prospects of contributing
to your organization and would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you
concerning present and/or future positions.
I can be reached at Cell: 347-***-****. Please feel free to contact me at
