ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Established formal order reviews for capital projects secured in both domestic and international sales regions, which has improved the effectiveness of meeting contract requirements and schedule. This effort includes managing all open contract tasks to a schedule, maintaining current and accurate contract documentation, and providing a summarized equipment list with technical specifications, installation requirements, and operation/maintenance manuals to the customer to mitigate delays at installation.

Established and managed the internal project management function starting with the order review process, making sure the site manager is provided with all details of the project, project is on schedule and any changes are communicated to the customer, assure bills of materials are entered correctly and timely. Once equipment is on site support the site manager in a timely manner to prevent project delays virtually on a 24/7 basis to support normal working hours where the equipment is being installed (e.g.; project location/time zones around the world.)

Initiated and preformed or managed several process improvement studies.
