PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY

Equipped with progressive clinical and surgical knowledge combined with experience in both large

currency via stringers throughout the years up until 2008. Ozark Eye is a long established clinic

treating approximately 120 patients daily. Two MDs, one OD and a ASC with one suite. The ASC

averaged 20 procedures twice weekly. While the MDs shared Doctor privileges in surrounding

counties. Enclosed herein are only

highlights of my duties during my 12 year employment with OEC. I’ve learned

analytical, quantitative and problem solving skills while working with patients over the years. Commercial Class A Drivers

Volunteer to Israel 8/2014. Assisted the Israeli Defense

Force and their joint effort fight against the HAMAS and ISIS terrorists. I’m not a Vet.

PROFESSIONAL PROFILE

One of three senior Technicians, Surgical Scrub with no incidents, accidents or procedural mishaps

while scrubbing, HIPPA Versed, Compulink, Nex Gen for Ozark Eye Center, Mountain Home,

Arkansas 2000 2008 and again from 2009 to 2013. Volunteer at a Medical Complex in Mountain

Home once a month where I assisted in the care of the less fortunate within our city area. Ceased in

2011.

My parents moved from FL in 84’ soon after my graduation from Hardee High, Wauchula Fl to NW

Arkansas. In 2013 after a divorce I moved back closer to my homestead of Hardee County. I also have

family members whom reside in Arcadia Fl. I am employed by Frantz Eye Care in Ft. Myers where

I am satisfied with my surroundings and fellow employees and management. Although, sometimes choosing

anothers needs over my own is very prudent.
