. Formulation of raw materials specification and checks to ascertain the

INNOVATIVE PROJECT: SETTING UP MICROBIOLOGY LABORATORY

In 1999 when Crown Flour Mills was applying for NIS (Nigeria Industrial Standard) certificate from SON ( Standard Organization of Nigeria ), one of the pre-requisite was to have a Microbiology Laboratory and Crown Flour mill as at that time do not posses one.

I set up the microbiology laboratory and Crown Flour Mills had since possessed the NIS certificate for the product.
