11/WORK 2015 to Current HISTORY Supply Operations Officer U.S. Army – Fort Bragg, NC

Synchronized logistics for eight organizations with special emphasis on accountibility, readiness, and distribution resulting in process improvement and more proactive planning.

Developed plans to mobilize and deploy 4,200 personnel with supplies to any location in the world within 18 hours of notification resulting in no delays or supply shortages. Created a fleet readiness plan that reduced overdue equipment services from 688 to 248, a 64 percent decrease, in less than 90 days.

Managed and supervised the accountability of over $18m in hazardous ammunition and material with no losses or delinquency over a 13 month period.

01/2012 to 10/2015 Maintenance Program Supervisor

U.S. Army – Fort Hood, TX

Supervised safety and environmental compliance programs for a maintenance facility with 44 mechanics and 10 administrative personnel with no violations or injuries. Led a team of 23 personnel and supervised the deployment of 368 pieces of equipment throughout Europe without any incidents or delays in shipment.
