Responsible for all aspects of running seven programs at forty-one sites where our literacy/education programs took place. In 2015 the programs impacted thousands of students and involved up to 1,000 volunteers.
Supervised all program coordinators who oversaw the elementary and high school sites during the school day, after school and during the summer. The programs run in 4 Westchester County school districts including Yonkers, one of the top 5 school districts in New York State, Elmsford, Mt. Vernon and White Plains.
Created all aspects of new programs which run both during the day and after school.
As the lead liaison for each site, managed all site staff and met with the administration of the 41 schools in which we held programs.
Created, implemented and monitored long term goals and budgets for all programs in the agency.
