Properly Check and maintaining all measuring and test equipment’s.

Interpretation of the defects and making the reports as per the standards codes.

Check and Make sure the Availability of Gas Monitor in Hot Work Activity Area.

Make Sure Before Start of hot Work that: What is the Concentration of H2S and L.E.L

H2S=0ppm and L.E.L=0%

Make Sure that Good Ventilation is Maintained in Order to Avoid any Contamination of Fumes, Gases, or dust to which Welders May be Exposed.

Reviewing witnessing and carryout examination and testing to all incident

stages.

Make sure that the area is free/ Cleaned From any combustible Materials that can be ignited.

Consider the Wind Direction and Always be Up wind.

Make Note of the Nearest muster Point as Well as the Nearest Telephone.
