Inspected pads and lease access roads for storm- water and erosion control, interim-reclamation activity and final reclamation suitability. Inspected pits for type, condition, integrity, and engineering controls to ensure safe and permitted operations. Checked wellheads, gauges, production equipment, and tanks for status, maintenance, and engineering controls; Assisted engineering department with down-hole drilling parameter evaluation and well log interpretation; Astute in GIS applications, aerial photo interpretation, and CMT mapping software. Well-Site Geologist – Pason Systems (Golden, CO) 2005 – 2009 Provided oversight of geologic drilling activities, consisting of producing daily geological and drilling reports, and computer-generated well logs; Provided continuous hydrocarbon monitoring for evaluation of gas shows as well as drilling concerns; Evaluation of formation characteristics, boundaries, potential faults, gas shows, well-bore stability and mud conditions; Recommended casing points and final drill depths (TD); collection of samples from well bore cuttings; logging of (2) Geo-steering wells, utilizing gamma ray curve evaluation and lithological percentages. Well acquainted with drilling operations & engineering parameters & microscopic/fluoroscopic analysis. I produced detailed logs depicting lithology, drilling parameter curves, gas shows & mud properties. Knowledgeable of Piceance, Uinta Basin, & Green River Geology.
