Project Description: The Viacom applications could be divided into three streams –

Corporate:

This stream contains all the applications being used by the Viacom’s internal user for various purposes like Event Management, Time Keeping, Performance Management, Online requests/issues Management, Matter Management, Compliance Access Review Management, HR Recruit Management etc.

Sales:

This stream contains the applications being used by the Viacom’s AD Sales group planners and Pricing Directors for creating and managing the advertisement deals with the advertisers, media and agencies.

Programming:

This stream contains all the applications being used by the Viacom’s internal user where all the physical and digital assets (like audio, video, clips etc.) are being stored, accessed and retrieved for any purposes.

Our main work is to test the functionality of the above stream applications used by the internal users, work upon the enhancements which come across from time to time basis and accordingly coordinate with the Developers and the Client BA’s to provide the deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Understand Business flow of the application using requirements provided by Business partners and providing best suited solution in regards to type of test.

Project Description: Citi Equities Support deals with Front office and Middle Office support in a trade life cycle. Trades get generated in Front office applications, then a release order is generated which is sent to Middle office Ticketing system, from here it goes to Back office for trade booking and final

settlement. Main responsibility of the support team is to ensure the availability of environment before business starts for a particular region (APAC, EMEA & NAM) which includes testing on applications, checking of various servers to ensure that the system is properly setup. It is a 24X5 support of environment. In case of issues various processes and logs are checked to resolve them and if out of support team scope then they are escalated to respective teams with proper investigation.

Responsibilities:

• Understand Business flow of the application using requirements provided by Business partners and providing best suited solution in regards to type of test.

• Work on the UNIX systems to monitor and control processes.

• Understand the requirements and group those to form business flow.

• Perform the daily checkouts on the Applications and report the same to the concerned Teams/Users.

Project Description: eDiscovery is a tool which helps in litigation hold and maintain the chain of custody. This application helps to retrieve data from the desktop/laptop, networks shares, different data repositories like share point, electronic vault etc. and store that into a different location which in turn could be exported in a standard format to present in the court.

Responsibilities:

• Understand Business flow of the application using requirements provided by Business partners and providing best suited solution in regards to type of test.

• Write Test scenarios and Test cases based on Source to Target Mapping documents and Data Model diagrams and conduct review sessions with the concerned stakeholders.
