Responsibilities:

Onsite representative of M/A-Com Technology Solutions and dealing with all local Philippine subcons of the company

Develop DfM (Design for Manufacturability) review process with local subcons and ensure robust manufacturing process

Support line set up, equipment calibration and correlation at subcontractor

Manage NPI and FAR at subcontractor

Failure analysis, report feedback and coordinate to improve assembly and test yield

Perform quality audits on line at subcontractors and monitor their corrective action plans

Release inspection results

Support NPI projects to ensure on time delivery

Support Yield Improvement projects for both Engineering and Production product builds

Provide support to ensure that all local subcons will meet their production delivery schedules
