Job Description: The Job involved Preparation of piping General Arrangement Drawing for Power Plant sector based on P&ID, Equipment Layout, Plot Plans, detailed Isometric Drawings, Bill Of Materials (BOM), As-Built Drawings, Support Fabrication Drawings and Modeling Of Static Equipment (Storage Tanks, Pressure Vessels etc) as per standard codes and standards.

Responsibilities:

Studied project requirements and project specifications.

Prepared plot plans and equipment layout.

Prepared Basic and Detail Engineering Documents and Drawings P&ID, GA & Layout of Plant, valve schedule, valves data sheet, Pipe schedule and Billing Break-up (BBU).

Developed routing models for SP 3D piping and associated equipment.

Review of Specification of pipe line documents.

Designed 3D illustrations for rough and final layout of piping routes and structures.

Created elevated support system for complex piping structures to ensure proper functioning and safety.

Upgraded existing layouts and structures as per the design and safety standards.
