Provide expert oversight and direction to sales operation and a staff of four sales managers, 20 sales staff, a marketing staff, and 2 administrative assistants. Take full responsibility in generating individual Medicare Health and financial protection insurance product sales results in Southern California, including Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, San Bernardino, Riverside, Ventura, and Imperial Counties as well as the entire state of Hawaii.

Significantly reached 135% of goal for the 2016 sales campaign placing over 7000 policies, generating 30 million in premium to date

Played a vital role in recruiting, certifying, and supporting over 300 independent contracted sales agents across territory.
