OBJECTIVES

I have a quality education with a strong Environmental Science background, under the guidance of Orin Gelderloos, at the University of Michigan-Dearborn.

Upon graduation in the late 90’s I was able to command more as a secretary than a position with my degree. I had a child to raise. I tried to blend temp jobs in places I could get a feel for all aspects of an Environmental Consulting Firm upon a move to Delaware, when my son attended school 6th grade through UofD, 2006.

Upon transitioning in Florida I had a neighbor that changed my life. I was inspired to pursue an Alternative Certification Program and become a Teacher (a childhood dream). So I seized that opportunity and brought every bit of what I learned along the way to foster a love of Science Activities 1st – 5th. I am ending my teaching career, this 2015-2016, school year. I have chosen not to renew my teaching certificate.

I want to go back to my love of working with municipalities, grant programs, research, and publications making a difference in the environmental realm. My skill set and mind are open to the most creative positions available that will make great use of the skill set, outlined below.
