Job Profile:

To ensure product quality from charging of raw material to releasing of finished goods by following Standard operating procedure (SOP).

Plant operation Distillation column (vacuum and Atmospheric).

Develop safety procedures to be employed by workers.

Maintain shift report.

Handled safety at work place and have done the commissioning and testing of Vacuum Distillation column, Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger and operate them successfully.

Worked on Hydrogenation Reactor, GLR, SSR, Solvent recovery unit (toluene, methanol etc.)

Management of handling men power while implementing 5s.

Raw material tracking from source to destination which includes identification, analysis and solvent recovery improvements in the areas.

Coordinating with Production, QC, Utility & Maintenance and Raw Material Stores.

Have working experience in production by the batch process of vacuum and atmospheric distillation.

Ensure safety at work place.

Provide daily safety training to all at the start of shift by 5 min safety talk.

Issuing and checking of safety permit whenever any job is performed on the workplace.
