Project : Performance Monitoring Tool for Radio Planning:

Tool is used to monitor performance of GSM network from whole network level up to BTS level and vice versa for Grameenphone Ltd (www.grameenphone.com

). This tool helps the radio planners to take action by showing alert about cells/BTS which are in alarming conditions.

Platform : Oracle 11g DB, OBIEE 10g, Unix Shell.

Special Achievement (If Any): Introduces highly robust and flexible features which offer client more dynamism (new experience for the client from existing OBIEE reports and dashboards ) to analyze KPI performance from whole network to granular level and vice versa .Implemented OBIEE features beyond conventional use to make more interactive and user friendly (i.e. option of customization by the users on the fly).

Project : SNW (Social Networking Model) Process Revamp:

This SNW Model identifies most influential mobile subscribers in a communicating mobile subscriber groups i.e. leaving the operator will influence other subscribers of that group to leave. It used to take more than 5 days to run the operation of single instance of the SNW Model. Goal of revamping process of SNW model was to reduce operational time.

Special Achievement (If Any): Gained efficiency with 99% operational time reduction (reduces from 5 days to 5 hours) of SNW (Social Networking Model) by remodeling the process using PLSQL.

Project : Handset Based Analysis portal

Tool assists user to analyze current cell phone market penetration based on handset and handset usage pattern for client, Grameenphone Ltd (www.grameenphone.com ). Data Mart, dashboard and reports implementation was in scope.

Reporting Solution implementation for managing Telecom network equipment inventory for Grameenphone Ltd (www.grameenphone.com). This tool helps to understand current status of the inventory, service request implementation status, request overdue status, analysis on performance of equipment implementation in whole country /region/cluster etc.

Special Achievement (If Any): Along with successful project delivery made changes on client’s negative perception to positive towards the delivery team. There was communication gap within client’s internal organization and resulted negative perception towards to delivery team. Project : Auto Object Purging Process Development

Development of the process was to gain efficiency through Auto Object Purging in ODS database for Grameenphone Ltd (www.grameenphone.com) which was being done manually earlier and several processes used to struggle for free storage .Thus manual purging incurred operational overhead.

Project : Resource engagement and effort monitoring tool

1st reporting tool using open source BI. Tool helps to analyze resources’ current and forecasted engagement. Estimates efforts/costs of projects based on duration .

Project : ODS Transfer Process Revamp

ODS Transfer process is for storing all Call Detail Records in ODS database for audit, future Analysis and data mining. Over time resource constraint occurred and it incurred operation overhead and manual intervention. Thus, current need was achieved by process optimization.

Special Achievement (If Any): Removed manual intervention, ensure data accuracy by restricting erroneous data penetration and finally established a robust architecture which eases daily operation management.

Project: Churn back Campaign Module Revamp

This process used to generate Bonus eligible subscriber’s list based on campaign modality. This process has a dependency of regular ETL process completion and any kind of delay in ETL process, operation of this process was being done manually. Revamping the process removed manual intervention and provided more required info on bonus disbursement for handling customer complains
