1. ULTRA-LOW POWER SRAM DESIGN USING 9nm TFET:

Design of a ultra-low power 8T Tunnel FET SRAM cell and Verilog-A model is used as instances in cadence virtuoso.To realized different SRAM designs of 6T Inwards, 6T Outwards and 8T.The proposed 8T SRAM Design provides a significant improvement in overall performance at Operating Voltage 0.2V provides a hold static noise margin 0.029V,read static Voltage noise margin of 65mV,read static current noise margin of 400nA,Write trip Voltage of 75mV,Write trip current of 50nA .

2. Solar Tracking System:

Constructed a system with a solar panel that automatically tracks the sunlight by using LDR and moves in that particular direction to obtain maximum power by motor driver L293D which will be useful for the maximum utilization of sun while generating solar power.

CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES:

Attended a one day workshop on “IPv6” conducted by BSNL at ELECTROFOCUS’13, a National Level Technical Symposium in Electronics department of MIT.

Presented paper on topic “PAPER BATTERY” in INTECHO’15, A National Level Technical Symposium conducted by instrument department of MIT.
