•Facility Manager/Supervisor: Radar/Tower/Flight Operations supervisor responsible for 10 naval personnel on a daily basis. Maintained a professional environment while resolving conflicts with pilots when problems arose. Maintained production of all staff while on the supervisor position. In charge of scheduling employees work days on a monthly basis. Properly assigned trainees with qualified personnel for training.

•Supply Manager: Directed or coordinated production, purchasing, distribution, or financially forecasted services or activities to limit costs and improve accuracy, customer service. Examined existing procedures to meet product distribution needs. Directed the movement, storage and processed inventory. Charged with keeping inventory and balanced an annual budget of $250,000 for the Air Operations department.

•Flight Planning Supervisor/Flight Operations Coordinator: Assisted civilian and military pilots with filing US/ICAO flight plans and using correct route of flight information. Multitasked phone operations, coordinated with the control tower and radar, computer entries, training, and pilot tasks with no assistance. Maintained flight data and status boards, processed military/civilian flight plans and, processed air traffic data by using various communications systems. Ensured adequate Aeronautical charts and publications were available to aircrews, and processed and disseminated NOTAMS.

•Office Manager: Coordinated information from senior officers throughout the chain of command, scheduled monthly training meetings, evaluated office production, and revised procedures to improve workflow of naval personnel. Processed personnel coming in and personnel leaving the Air Operations Division. Processed leave requests, special requests and Red Cross emergency messages inbound to the Air Operations Department.

•Air Operations Duty Officer: Responsible for ensuring that daily operations are conducted in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulation standards and applicable city ordinances.

Made decisions regarding safety and security of the airfield terminal and landside areas. Ensured the orderly movement of customers and conducted Customs inspections and operations in accordance with the rules and regulations of the U.S. Customs and Border Patrol and NAFTA.
