Sr. Business Analyst (Global Business Continuity Management)

Conduct meetings and interviews with development areas to build system recovery strategies and timeframes. Ensure these strategies are clearly defined and approved based on business needs. Document program and operating procedures (e.g., schedules, jobs, JCL, data replication) to meet recovery requirements. Coordinate the support applications for access, file transfer, scheduling and monitoring in the recovery operating environment. Document recovery procedures as part of the recovery and business plans and validate that they provide the detailed instructions required to recover and operate the system and/or business. Track issues and action items throughout entire planning process until resolution.

Identify the recovery members needed for each function and include them in the recovery rosters. Ensure that recovery team personnel are trained in the concepts and practices required to execute recovery procedures in all disaster scenarios defined by recovery strategies.

Software Engineer (GTPS - Global File Transfer (GFT) Development)

Responsible for the overall planning and execution of software testing for all releases of GFT (COBOL, DB2, MVS JCL).
