• In charged of installing Objet 3D printers at customer site and provide customer training with Objet 3D printers.

• Travel to customer site performing in house troubleshooting, repairing and upgrading 3D printers even at a short notice.

• Provide and give technical advised to customer over the phone and onsite.

• Inspect, test and repair power back up, Uninterrupted Power Supply, Universal Power Supply of an X-ray system on both Scanner and CT X-rays.

• Repair and replace worn out AC/DC motor on all gear box and conveyor belts.

• Install/uninstall and tested A/C unit of an x-ray system. Clean A/C unit during maintenance.

• Perform radiation leak test annually with the use of radiation meter.

• Provide onsite and phone support to TSA for faster operations of x-ray system.

• Use UNIX command to run application and calibration. Also use UNIX for troubleshooting x-ray system.

• Use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook for Field Service report and documentations.

• I am in charge of installing, un-installing, repairing, upgrading, calibrating and maintaining robotics equipment for wafer handling and automation.

• Install RFID on pods both 300mm/200mm wafer for proper wafer identification.
