Hired as a Lead Counselor to develop and implement The New Start Intensive Outpatient Program in the Kitsap County Jail. Screened application for incarcerated individuals. Made referrals to Inpatient, Intensive Outpatient and Outpatient levels of care as needed. Coordinated re-entry services for housing, mental health counseling and vocational services upon completion of sentences.
