Role: System Test Engineer

Description: The project dealt with the facilitation for the customers to build their own profile in the online reservation system, which in turn helps to book flights, cancel or manage the existing reservations. Extensive features were built in the project to facilitate the customers providing easier ways to upgrade the bookings and avail more offered packages at maximum possible lower fares. Customers are redirected to the customer support executives contacting options through the provision readily available on the online portal.

Performed the STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle) activities.

Interacted with client to precisely understand the customer requirements and specifications.

Prepared and Analyzed the Testing Documents of all the possible Test Scenarios, Test cases and Test reports.

Sentiment Mining

A website that will run queries on the data collected from twitter API and analyze them using OpenNLP to generate the sentiment report for a particular term.

Used Twitter API and Watson services to generate sentiment report for each tweet

Used d3.js to generate the intuitive charts for the output generated by spark queries.

NYMBLE

NYMBLE is a network security tool that will maintain our anonymity in untrustworthy networks.

It will anonymize the IP Address anonymization

Blacklists the servers that are requesting sensitive information from the client.

Used Wireshark to analyze all the network calls that were made from a particular router.

Android App for storing huge files and creating shared folders, similar to Drobox

Used Amazon S3 for storing all the files in Cloud

Used Amazon RDS as the relational data base for our application.

Implemented a diff algorithm that only uploads the changes for an existing file, not the entire file when it’s changed.
