Summary

I am an IT professional, with more than 10 years of experience. I have participated in many different projects with different roles, from Delphi developer and business analyst, to QA leader and Scrum Master. That allowed me to have a broad view and understanding of the whole development process. I am currently working as QA leader and Scrum Master of a team of 8 professionals. I have good communication skills and I am used to work with big groups of people and teams distributed in different countries.

I am a problem solver and I feel confident when facing tough situations, always trying to provide the best possible solution, even under pressure or having short time. My career and last years's responsibilities made me get interested in leadership, strategy and project management, and in the desire of following that path, I just finished an MBA at San Andrés University.
