4.Tracks progress of quotations and ensure the quotations are released on the committed dates advised to the customer.

7.Gets customer approval for quotes/cost sets and demand for PO and distributes to Plant organization the approved quotes/cost sets.

8.Prepares PLCCN and ensures that the system is updated with customer approved pricing and standard bill of material costing.

9.Releases table of customer approved pricing weekly to his/her immediate superiors.

10.Gathers inputs, from various Plant organizations, relevant in formulating claims reports.

11.Submits claims reports, upon Plant Manager's approval, to the customer.

12.Gathers inputs, from various Plant organizations, relevant in formulating revaluation reports.

13.Submits revaluation reports, upon Plant Manager's approval, to the customer.

14.Organizes needed conference calls between Plant organization and customer to discuss and settle quotations, claims and revaluation report issues, if any.

15.Monitors validity and expiry of contracts.

16.Releases schedule of internal contract review for the customer.

17.Informs Customer and Sales Services Team Leader of upcoming expiry of contracts.

18.Updates CSS Work Instructions based on changes in ways of work agreed with customers.
