1. Project handled :( GARUTHMA & NIRBHAY) nose and mid section assembly parts design

Software used: Catia V5, Solid Works and MS Office

Generation of 2D drawings for the parts modeled as per standards

Modeling of the detail parts using the input and making the sketch to be geometrically and dimensionally constrained

Linking the designed models geometry to the numerical master geometry (NMG)

Estimating and providing the expected completion dates for each package

Carrying out the different NDT(Non-Destructive Test) to find defect inside of the selected material like Ultrasonic Test to find internal defects of material and Chemical Analysis test to check chemical composition of raw material, Mechanical (Tensile) Test to study the mechanical properties of material,Dye –Penetration Test to study surface defects

Carrying out the dimensional inspection for manufactured components

Preparation of deviation reports

Visually inspecting parts for defects or damage.

Determining the minimal requirements and procedures needed for a process to pass a QA inspection.(preparation of QAP)

Ensuring that adequate corrective measures are implemented in cases of noncompliance.
