Fleet, Logistics and Investment Recovery - Responsible for a $500M spend for 50 active agreements. o Logistics – Managed all modes of global logistics including, warehousing, Household Goods, hosting/over dimensional freight, vender managed inventory, 3PLs, freight desk, desktop shipping, reverse logistics for clean/screen of Set Top Boxes, Optical Network Terminals, Batter Backup Units and routers. – Generated over

$10M in annual negotiated savings -$150M in annual spend. o Fleet Acquisition – Managed 28 dealer and upfitter contracts for annual vehicle buy, generating $5M in annual savings - $110M annual spend.

o Fleet Leasing – Managed LIBOR based expense/operating and capital leasing agreements. Generated $500K in lease extension refinancing - $215M annual spend.

o Investment Recovery – Managed agreements for the recovery Ferris and non-Ferris materials of Telecom equipment (Set Top Boxes, Central Office equipment, Plug-in-Cards, IT Assets, etc.) - $50M in revenue. o Cellular Handset Repair - Managed agreements for the worldwide repair/resale of Wireless Handsets- $350M annual spend.

Lead successful cable mining partnership with Supplier to extract, process, and sort 15 tons of copper cable into clean material for remanufacturing while committing to environmental protections.
