Execution of the integration points that could be made before the SHUT DOWN in the old system and parallel processing of the HAZOP points.

There were some HASOP points.

HASOP points were various modifications to piping systems, in different parts of the plant, pipe bridges.

The flow separation, on a HASOP point:

The original documents, Drawings, isometrics, P & ID 's procured as copies may be obtained on-site measurements, and created the design.

New isometrics drawings, then the bill of material for the appropriate pipe class.

Then I caught up with offers for the mounted version of 2 subcontractors.

The offer was only the prefabrication and installation version, with supports, and without material.

I have in my OMV Computer the SAP for material storage, so I could pull out the materials.

And if something was not present in the OMV material stock, I ordered through the purchase by OMV order specifications.

For scaffolding, insulation work, painting, it was charged extra.

I have created the design, isometrics drawings, and it had to be approved: from process engineer, from the quality assurance and from the operating department.

Then the order for execution to the respective company was awarded.

The installation execution I have monitored.

In Plauen by Company Tubetech, there was fabricated 4 air cooler made of Duplex (1.4462) it was at this time for the OMV manufactured.

On request of the project with me, I have monitored the expediting, production progress and the quality by the company Tubetech.

So I am often driven to Plauen to Company Tubetech, each for a few days and written reports on the status, progress, quality, problems until final inspection, pressure testing, dimensional inspection and the delivery to Burghausen.

In the meantime, in Burghausen, I 've continued HAZOP edited points.

After SHUT DOWN, from November 2007, I have strengthened supported with the punch lists, after the new TMC project, metathesis plant was merged with the old system, there were many modification sites in the old system, where the execution with OMV specifications disagreed were, or not completed, or failed.

I have checked all points acc. OMV specifications, I also ascended each column a few times and added the faults to as Punch point.

The Punch lists were forwarded to fix by the subcontractor.
