1)Project: “MSQ UPGRADATION PLANT” AT BARAUNI (BIHAR) .The client of this project was INDIAN OIL CORPORATION LTD. P.M.C of this project was TOYO ENGINEERING INDIA Ltd.We have done Engineering and Detailing of these heaters. There are two cylindrical natural Draft fired heaters.One of the Heater is Reactor Feed Heater (801-f-01). and other one is H.D.S Heater (803-f-01). Both of the Heaters are gas fired. The duty of 801-f-01 is 1.41MMKcal/hr and the duty of 803-f-01 is 1.21MMKcal/hr. I have calculated the M.R and B.O.Q of this Heater and

Analyzing the project thoroughly and discuss it with our project manager and team members.

Calculated the M.T.O & M.R of the whole project and sent it to the client side.

2)Project: O.H.C.U, The client of this project was INDIAN OIL CORPORATION LTD .There were two heaters, One circular (91-f-02) which was Frictional heater other one was rectangular (91-f-01) which is a Reactor Feed Heater. There was an Air Pre Heater connected to both the heater. There were two F.D & one I.D fan. The rectangular heater had no convection section. Radiant section of this heater was connected to convection section through duct. Both heaters are bottom fired and the fuel used is both gas and oil. The duty of 91-f-02 is 30.35MWKcal/hr. whereas the duty of heater 91-f-01 12.044MWKcal/hr.

Study the tender drawing and prepared the G.A drawing.

Did modelling of the whole drawing and handed it over to the civil department to prepare the STAAD.

Directed my draftsmen team members to prepare the fabrication drawing.

Sorted out all the problems by discussing it with my team lead and the project manager.

Checked vendor Drawings.

Prepared the MR of the whole project.

Many times communicated with contractor to solve problem on site.

To give daily progress report to my team lead.
