Consultant - Program Director, National Program Leader; AT&T/Cingular 2005 – 2007

Provided onsite consulting in a customer-facing role charged with leading 3G switch hardware replacements in 9 live markets. Maintained $800M+ financial responsibility. Oversaw a UMTS project portfolio consisting of network and billing/IT platform elements deployment across 24+ cities.
