Lead Consultant; Onit Management Consulting 2013 – Present

Program managed team with responsibility for delivering SharePoint 2013 Governance, enhanced Search capabilities and training to a large state government client.

Performed reorganization of network drive and support migration onto new server for public utility client.

Consultant - Care Project Manager; Nokia Siemens Networks 2009 – 2010

Led a team of 15+ international engineers providing onsite customer support during the transition from implementation to operation of newly deployed NSN UMTS networks for Bell Canada and TELUS. Tracked issues and provided high-level help desk/trouble reporting process training. Consultant - Program Director, National Program Leader; AT&T/Cingular 2005 – 2007

Provided onsite consulting in a customer-facing role charged with leading 3G switch hardware replacements in 9 live markets. Maintained $800M+ financial responsibility. Oversaw a UMTS project portfolio consisting of network and billing/IT platform elements deployment across 24+ cities. Coordinated full project cycle; matrix managed PMs, HQ SMEs, and technical primes; and managed multiple vendor relationships at the VP level, including Nortel and Alcatel. Project was a first-to-market deployment for UMTS in North America.

Consultant - Senior Program Manager; Redknee 2004 – 2005
