• Maintained construction documents for various projects while working for Crutcher Studio to include office space renovations and additions, new and existing home renovations and additions thru use of Auto Cad and Revit.

• Assisted in the development of the 3rd district Friend of the Court in Wayne County at the Penobscot Building. Provided a court tenant space program of approx. 135,000sqft that included 1st floor –Sheriffs Department, 2nd floor-Sheriffs Gym, 9th Floor IT, 10th and 11th floor for court personnel and 12th floor for staff.

[Leadership]

• While deployed to Rota, Spain I expertly led four personnel in the construction and placement of four concrete headwalls and sidewalks. The projects totaled 650 cu yds. with zero defects or safety mishaps for a hospital.

• Team member for the renovation of five school projects in An Najaf, Iraq. Projects consisted of removal and cleanup of debris and painting over 9,500 square meters of interior and exterior walls.

• Assigned as crewmember of the 2 60-meter triple and 40-meter double Mabey Johnson bridges, which reopened the main supply and logistic routes for the 1st Marine Division in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.

• Crew Member, Constructed Refrigeration Stand. Prefabricated and installed over 8000 feet of reinforcing steel bars and assisted in placement of 300 cubic meter of concrete pad.

• Constructed Retaining Wall Project, Okinawa Japan, 19-meter concrete V-ditch, topsoil application, and job site clean -up.

[Communication]

• Managed Architectural projects for Crutcher Studio thru the use of Skype, Drop box, Email. Various conference calls were held to coordinate projects.

• Managed 3rd District Court Project for Triple Properties Detroit thru weekly conference meetings, coordination with Venders, Electricians, Contractors, court staff, management and Project Architects

• Worked in collaboration with project team members at Roush Industries to complete 500,000 sqft automotive assembly plant in Allen Park MI.
