● The goal of the project is to predict the Walmart stores sales using historical data, collected historical data for all different segments in 45 Walmart stores which constitutes 421 thousand records.

● Performed data preprocessing to identify key metrics using R, SAS and Microsoft Excel, built data visualization boards using Tableau, Spotfire and R and also developed MLM and Random Forest regression models with high sales prediction accuracy of 95%.

● Developed a software application to calculate the stock price by interacting with real time stock data from Yahoo Finance by using the object oriented programming language Java and used HTML, CSS, JavaScript and frameworks such as Bootstrap for frontend UI development.
