RESPONSIBILITIES

*Executing construction activities in line with the project specification and standards of all Instrumentation works in different areas in the project.

* Verifying Scope of Work, Detailed Engineering Documents which includes PFS&PEFS (P&ID), Instruments Tag list, Instruments and JB location Layout, Instruments Cable trench and Tray layout, Instruments Cable schedule, Functional Logic Diagram and Loop Diagrams, Panel Wiring Diagrams and PLC Specification.

*Executing communication system of various networks like Profibus Network, Ethernet Network, Fibre Optics Network etc.

* Verification of Control and Automation Philosophy, Cause & Effect diagram, PLC I/O list, Instruments Data Sheets, Hook-UP drawings, Instruments Name Plate drawings, Instruments Engineering Data Sheets, and preparation of As-Built of above documents.

* Coordinating with Procurement activities for all type of instruments, control valves, on-off valves, instruments fittings and Programmable Logic Controller and raising BOM and Floating enquiries to Vendor & Vendor follow-up for budgetary cost estimation.

*Installation of Local & Remote Instruments and Impulse Tubing for the instruments as per the Hookup drawing, Instrument junction box and Instrument rack as per the location drawing / as per site conditions.

*Supervising the Cable routing, Conduit, Cable tray installation as per the diagram / site conditions.

*Inspect and monitor the cable laying and termination activities of DCS and Field Instruments.

*Analyzing of site progress weekly / monthly report & resolving on-site Erection & Commissioning problems with Senior.

*Analyzing and bring it to the management’s attention that may affect scope of work, schedule, costs, applicable standards and specifications.

*Planning and discussing with clients, project team members to complete the given project at right schedule.

*Following Quality procedures and corrective actions for client inspection comment.

*Material planning and its flow control, safety co-ordination, allocating of manpower and giving clearance to the work.
