Project Title: PLM2015

As an Engineer, responsibilities are:

1)Creation of Parametric 3D Models as per Daimler methodology.

2)Creating the 2D drawings for 3D models and applying GD&T symbols as per Copy of reference provided.

3)Guide the team members for NX related issues and Daimler methodology.

4)Doing Final QC for the 3D parts and Drawings done by the team members and delivered on time.

5)Informing all the team members about latest change made in the Daimler methodology.

6)Created parametric 3D models for complex and extra complex, BIW and Interior

and exterior plastic parts.

Design Tool used: NX9 and NX10

Involved in UG NX modeling of plastic components and BIW parts model creation for commercial trucks. Components like, Rear Axle, Steering Wheel Supports, Engine packaging, front panel, engine enclosures, Air Duct, Fan shroud, Rear Floor panel, Pillar Trims, Etc.

3.Automotive seat system design change management at KPIT Technologies Bangalore
