Summary:

Few, if any, possess the understanding, background, and successful history within the staffing industry as I, from marketing to recruiting to client servicing. And that is only a very narrow look at my experience which includes business analysis, computer hardware/software sales & design, raising capital for a start up, and leading company, as well as product, rollouts. A former Salesperson of the Year at ADP with three decades of direct sales/marketing and management experience as an Account Manager, National Account Manager, and Sales Manager, which preceded my founding and running, on a day to day basis, a highly successful IT Consulting/Staffing Company in NYC. As an employee, performance levels reached were consistently over 200% of assigned quota. Besides being a tireless and persistent hunter for new business and growing existing accounts, listening, creativity, strong Business Analysis and Project Planning skills, a keen ability to put together teams that function with great synergy, astute sense of urgency when it comes to client service, and a solid reputation of delivering what was promised, were the cornerstones to a highly successful career. A solid marketer, salesman, and recruiter, who is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the Staffing & Outsourcing Industries. For the years prior to opening Datapool, only called upon small to mid-sized companies, but with Datapool, for the first time, was calling upon global giants. Some of my clients were American Express, AIG, AT&T, Chase Bank (now JP Morgan Chase), Citibank, Exxon, and Pfizer, to name a few. Designed & successfully managed the nationwide marketing of applications software packages prior to that. That same work ethic, passion, and drive still holds true today. Excellent appearance as well as solid oral and written communication skills, and I have no issue with working in a team atmosphere or following corporate rules and guidelines. Has kept abreast of the latest IT methodologies, especially in the area of ECMs (including Digital Asset Management) and CRMs, and since moving to Arizona almost five years ago, am more than ready to take on the challenges that would come with a full time sales/marketing or management position.

Performed all marketing, sales & sales management duties, recruiting, oversaw team synergy and training functions for the firm, which supported many of the HR systems within Pfizer, Insurance Applications for AIG, Brokerage Applications for Merrill and Dreyfus, and Banking Applications for Chase & Citibank. Although clients were Fortune 50 Global Giants, almost all relationships were started by calling upon a single department manager, having them believe in me, and building upon that as Datapool’s reach within the company spread to other areas. Also led Management Seminars on Team Building/Synergy, and was responsible for all client servicing and follow up.

Reported to the VP Sales and actually won the corporate-wide top award for sales in my very first year (presented at President’s Club) as I was part of a small group responsible for the start up and rollout of this product. Was heavily involved in all of ADP’s Commercial Offerings, from P/R and Human Resources to Order Entry, A/R, Inventory, and G/L Applications.

Was responsible for sales of Nixdorf’s Mini Computers (turnkey, usually bundled with applications software, either custom written or packages) for this new division, and within a year was promoted to the Corporate Office and The Market Development Group where I was given the responsibility of rolling out software packages to the ten branches, training, setting up and running vertical market shows, and the subsequent sales of these packages.
