Baker Hughes (2013- Present) Project Management- I direct all phases of engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and equipment construction of assigned projects. I execute project management methodologies while executing our project process flow. Execute projects through the phase gate process and operational excellence checkpoint systems to flawlessly execute assigned projects. Developed the project execution plan for each assigned project and presented to departmental leadership to ensure proper and timely execution. I develop the inspection test plans for each project to ensure that proper quality measures/inspections are executed according to customer expectations. I track the project against the project schedule and report the status to our executive leadership team. Lead project teams to facilitate communication and interaction of internal departments to ensure execution of deliverables meeting customer expectations. I am also the focal point to facilitate communication and interaction between Baker Hughes and our customers. I have successfully executed over 50 projects generating over $250 million in revenue. Baker Hughes (2010-2013) Master Scheduling- I was the Master Scheduler for Gas Separators, Electrical Submersible Pumps, Intakes, Rotors, Bar Stock, and Shafting. Provide capacity/demand reports for weekly manufacturing meetings. Schedule demand to pre-determined capacity thresholds. I worked as a liaison with purchasing, and manufacturing to develop third party vendors to increase capacities to meet increased demand when the need arose. Manage the supply chain process from procurement, manufacturing, and order management.

Analyze regional orders based on ordering patterns, current inventories, sales and operations planning. Utilize Baker Hughes excess inventories tool to decrease worldwide excess inventory. Implementing a lean manufacturing system to decrease inventory and improve inventory turns.

As a change agent, I chartered a past due reduction team for Master Scheduling where I helped reduce past dues by $1million by identifying and correcting process inadequacies I chartered a process improvement team for master scheduling to develop strategies and processes that increased the company’s on time delivery performance by more than 30%.

Quiktrip Corporation (2006-2007)

Assistant Manager- I was responsible for leading a shift of 2-3 personnel. I was responsible for inventory management, shift financial audits, environment quality. Inventoried store products to develop re-supply reports and orders. Interact with customers in a friendly professional mentality to ensure a positive experience.

Department of Homeland Security (2002-2005)

Supervisor/Team Leader- I supervised 20-30 personnel in the Kansas City area for security operations. I provided developmental counseling of subordinates, security briefings, and salary reports for employee wages. I was responsible for daily back briefings to my superiors on security operations, incidents, intelligence reports to enter into Homeland Security databases. Conducted daily risk assessments with staff based on the daily intelligence reports.

Squad Leader/Platoon Sergeant Army National Guard (2000- present) - Plan, organize, brief and execute combat missions while providing leadership and training to 8-10 soldiers. Ensure the safety of my men while making decisions at a moments notice while on combat missions. I was responsible for developing mission plans and manifests as well as conduct briefings for company commander. Develop, execute training plans and supervise the training of subordinates in my platoon. Provide developmental counseling to subordinate soldiers and professional development of my team leaders.

United States Army Active Duty (1996- 2000) (11/2001 to 10/2002) (2005-2006)

Team Leader- Supervised 3-4 soldiers while executing the training plan to my team as developed by the squad leader. I was responsible for maintaining accountability of my team’s sensitive military equipment to ensure no loss of equipment. Provide developmental counseling to the members of my team. Lead my team while being deployed to a combat area performing combat missions.
