Working as a Graduate training engineer in Minerals Department of FLSMIDTH - from May 30, 2015 onwards.

Pipe Conveyor – Coastal Gujarat Power Plant 4000MW(CGPL) A TATA Company

This Include;

Construction of 1.3km long Pipe Conveyor costing 120 crores for supply of coal from Adani port, MUNDRA. It consist 275 land piles and 12 marine piles, temporary steel structure for marine piles, pile caps, pedestals, open foundations, construction of junction towers and substations, structural erections and billing.

My Part of Construction work includes 140 land Pile,6 Marine pile,Pile Caps, Pedestals Open Foundations, Junction Tower, Estimation and Bar Bending Schedules.

Construction of 600m long fully Land Pile Caps and Marine pile caps.

My works starts from excavation,pile caps, Pedestals along with Bolt Fixing.

Using Auto Level for leveling,excavation, bolt fixings, To set TBM .

A used autocadd software for this project which it is very useful to identify the Co- ordinates for bolt fixing .

Construction of one Junction Tower for from Existing Belt conveyor to connect the New Pipe conveyor. It Consists of 24 Piles, pile caps, pedestal along with bolt fixings, pulley foundation and Drive foundation(open foundations).

Construction of grade slab includes 94 pedestals along with bolt, drain at 90m distance .

construction of cable gallery foundation,invert beam, pedestals along with bolt fixings.

Trag Chain Conveyor – SDCCL Cement Plant A KAMAL CEMENT At Jamnagar

This Includes;

Construction of 20m long trag chain Conveyor costing 45 crores for Kiln /Raw Mill Filter Installation with Bag Filter house, Id Fan, Cable Trench, open foundations, pedestals along with bolt fixings and Plate Fixings .

My Part of works 13 no's of Footings,pedestals along with plate fixings for moving trag chain conveyor.

Cable Trench Having size 20*2*2m have been successfully completed.

Truck Tippler &Associated Conveying System to 1200 &540 MW CHP AT BALCO

This Includes;

construction of belt conveyor costing 45crores for coal transfer. Its consists of roads, pavements, weighing bridge, substation, pump house, Truck Tippler foundations,pedestals along with plate and bolts fixings, transformer powers, vertical gravity take up. This project just started.
