• Boeing Patent Analysis: (Hadoop-Map/Reduce, R, Python, Java) Used data mining techniques to analyze the Boeing Company’s patent data of last 10 years and pitched an innovative idea about how they can use Big Data to improve their business.

• Shark Attack Prediction: (Python, Weka, Tableau, Java) Analyzed shark attack trends to predict when and where shark attacks are most likely to occur in North Carolina. Applied data mining techniques like classification, association rule mining, clustering etc.

• World Watch: (Android, JAVA web services)

Developed an Android application with backend Web Service deployed on AWS. It was used to monitor search and reading habits of users and notify users when new article based on their previous search results is available.

• Internships Management Portal: (MySQL, PHP, Javascript) Online portal for the students to apply for the internships. It also provides companies the ability to manage their page and see the list of the students who applied.

• Research Exchange to participation: (MySQL, J2EE, Javascript) Created a Java web application for researchers to add their study and join others study to participate in it. Used JAVA mail API to send group mails was implemented.
