Lumenetix's araya5 LED lights are disruptive Connected Home/Internet of Things (IoT) 5-channel OEM LED light engines with mobile app and the highest quality light output with the complexity of a cell phone in facilities and homes worldwide. Operations in Europe and North America with a worldwide supply chain. Market verticals include luxury homes, hospitals, hospitality, data centers, schools and offices. Senior Executive/Program Director

Recruited a world-class team of product design engineers from the ground up as a new group in the company. Won the MDEA Silver award on a project out of the gate. Promoted professional growth and accountability, refined the hiring procedures, implemented key performance indicators (KPIs), and assigned and evaluated tasks and teams throughout the company to ensure on-time delivery, adherence to policies, and customer success.
