A CAP (customer availability process) team associate duties include:

Inventory on the company's products,

Shrink control on a daily and yearly basis,

Working efficiently as a team and independently

Having expensive knowledge of specific company tools and equipment.

I also have a year and eight months training in management. I am a delegate for other managers when they are on leave or vacation. My bosses have praised me for effectively running more than a dozen different departments when assigned to the tasks.

Working directly with our customers is an ideal work environment for an individual which as myself who brings enthusiasm and charisma to any situation.

In addition to being apart of the CAP team; my boss appointed me as an official first, second and third shift new associate trainer. This past week alone I trained six employees, all ranging in age and ethic groups. This is an amazing opportunity for me to meet a majority of our associates and watch them succeed in the company.
