Worked as a Operational Head (Cosmetic plant) in JHS Svendgaard Laboratories Ltd. Kala Amb Himachal since from Jan 2008. JHS is One of the top Most Producer in tooth paste tooth brush. And Effervesence tablets. JHS site is a new Class B contract manufacturing site for Wella products. This is a newly constructed site with P & G resources involved in building and facility design review. JHS is currently producing some commodity products like toothbrushes for Dabur customers. Company has now invested and expanded to be P & G contract manufacturer. The semi finished bulk for JHS will be supplied by Wella Thailand & Germany and the scope of Wella operations at JHS will involve a final mixing of one ingredient to make the final bulk product followed by the filling and packing. The products intended to be filled are Wella Strate & Welloxon Cream Developer and Biotouch shampoo.

Handling plant having 200 workers and 30 staffs. Total responsible for ensuring the highest production levels with the best quality standards. Production, planning, schedule Daily meeting.
