Deepwater Drilling (2000m) on Ocean Rover for Murphy Oil in Sabah, East Malaysia.

DUTIES AND RESPOSABILITIES INCLUDE:

Activelly participating in the Drill Well On Paper (DWOP), Checking and maintaining mud properties as per operators specifications, Filling out various daily reports, including Oil on Cuttings data etc. Ensuring solids control equipment is working optimally. Ordering and maintaining stock inventories and writing recaps for each well.

ABNORMAL JOBS:

Extensive lost circulation, Hydrogen Sulphide Gas, Sloughing Shales, Coal Seams, High Pressure High Temperature Wells, Highly deviated Wells, Carbonate Contamination, WARP drilling system, Batch drilling, Deep water procedures, Managed pressure drilling (MPD), and running DKD unit in

Deep water procedures.
