OBJECTIVE

I am seeking a long-term employment in a friendly environment. I believe my skills in ice machine (hoshizaki,ice-o-matic), HVAC, refrigeration, commercial cooking equipment, and over 10 years of experience will assist and be productive for my employer. I have an active TACL license in both Environmental and Refrigeration A Class.

EXPERIENCES

Nextech September 2015 – June 2016: Position : Refrigeration Tech. Supervisor; Ryan Mauldin. Tel; 940-***-****

Summary; Nextech is a national company base in Florida. They have service agreement with Starbucks, Dollar General, and several others. I was with Nextech for a year working on the Starbuck account. I primarily worked on all cooling equipment in Starbucks. Most of the duties are in relations to ice machine, food case, reach in cooler and freezer, and wall coolers.

Duties as follow;

Troubleshooting and repairing commercial food case, wall chiller, reach in cooler, reachin freezer, ice machines.

Report daily or as needed to Supervisor

Maintain service vehicle with tune ups, brake checks, and tires to ensure operational long term usage.

Maintain inventory on all parts and company items.

Multi-tasking and organizing daily dispatch calls to schedule services.

Butensky Services: Position August 2013 – November 2014 Position : HVAC/Refrigeration/Commercial Cooking Equipment Tech. Supervisor; Al Vizio Tel; 908-***-****

Summary: Butensky is a service company base in New Jersey. They have service agreements in the Toyota Stadium, Dynamo Field, and Texas A and M stadium. I was the tech responsible for the service calls at these location. While at Butensky, I worked on all the equipment in the stadiums ranging from walk in coolers, glycol units, large kettles, dish machine, reach in cooler, ice machines, stove top burners, steamers, and some HVAC as well.

Duties as follows:

Troubleshooting and repairing commercial HVAC/refrigeration/cooking equipment systems including steamer, convection oven, large kettles, burners, steam table, flat grill freezer, reach in cooler, walk in cooler and freezer, and ice makers (hoshizaki), AC 20 ton and under, glycol systems, electrical controls, and light plumbing and general maintenance.

Work closely with Supervisor and client to ensure issues related to repair are satisfactory and functioning properly.

Report daily or as needed to Supervisor on store issues while working to ensure repairs is good and performed in a safe atmosphere.

Maintain service vehicle with tune ups, brake checks, and tires to ensure operational long term usage.

Keep accurate accounts of all receipts and purchases related to repair each job. Put on excel spread sheet and write rationale for each items and equipment model and serial number.

Maintain inventory on all parts and company items.

Work with outside contractors to get bid, installations, and repair.

Stripes with Susser Holding August 2010 - September 2012 Position: HVAC/Refrigeration Specialist Tech Level 4 Supervisor; Eddie Nixon Tel Tel: 361-***-****

Summary: Stripes is a chain of convenient stores with a small kitchen. They have large walk in cooler and freezer, reach in cooler and freezer, sandwich display cooler, open curtain cooler, Hoshizaki ice machine, and over 200 other fixtures. I was the lead and only tech responsible for all dispatch and service calls for all ten stores throughout Houston.

Duties as follow;

Troubleshooting and repairing commercial HVAC systems, appliances, coffee maker, steamer, convection oven, freezer, refrigerator, ice makers (hoshizaki), electrical controls, plumbing and general maintenance.

Lead and consult other techs from Victoria to Houston with service repairs and supervise work.

Work closely with store to ensure issues related to store operations are repair and functioning properly.

Report daily or as needed to Supervisor on operational store issues while working to ensure repairs is good and performed in a safe atmosphere.

Summary: Cool Tex is my own company. I ran service calls mostly residential and a few commercial accounts.
