Architected, designed and developed IVR application to allow employees of major ADP client companies to order reissues of their payroll W2 forms over the phone. Application components included a WCF service that connects to AS/400 DB2 database where order transactions are stored and communicates with Paypal service to process credit card transactions. This application was developed using C#, .NET 4.51, WCF 4.0, SQL Server 2012, Visual Studio 2013 and ADP’s Voice XML (VXML) framework.

Architected, designed and developed a major upgrade to an existing multilingual IVR application used to look up customer service requests for ADP’s large client accounts and route calls with the attached customer information to the appropriate agent desktop. This application was developed using C#, .NET 4.51, WCF 4.0, SQL Server 2012, Visual Studio 2013 and ADP’s Voice XML (VXML) framework.

Architected, designed and developed prototype to show how ADP’s current IVR Portal, used to manage all of ADP’s IVR applications, could provide a richer and more interactive user experience. Captured the systems requirements, architected, designed and developed a Dashboard web-based application to measure the performance of Delta Air Lines Reservations call center agents (6,000+) around the world. The Res Dashboard keeps track of eleven performance metrics including revenue per hour, vendor transfers, quality evaluations, customer post call surveys, average handling time and others. In addition, the Dashboard application collects the raw data required to calculate all these performance metrics from four disparate data sources: Avaya CMS, Teradata, Aspect Workforce Management System (eWFM) and Witness Quality Monitoring (eQM). The Dashboard web application was developed using ASP.NET, C# and SQL Server.

Architected, designed and developed a WPF .NET C# based application to manage/administer call center agent profile information. This application was architected using MVVM pattern, Data Binding, Delegate Command and n-tier architecture.

Designed and developed a .NET C# based application to capture and analyze Passenger Name Record (PNR) information for Song flights. Some of the technologies used in this application included: SQL Server 2000, ADO.NET, XML, Multithreading and interacting with unmanaged code to interface with the company’s mainframe.
