Worked in the field of the high-end luxury residential appliances, managing with the aim to restructure the service department. Active participation in modernization projects of plastic tools, created new lay-outs for new factory. Responsible for modernization tooling and production resources of the plastics industry. Specified new equipment, new materials. All these measures resulted in a 30% increase in production without additional manpower;

Participated in the modernization of Lorenzetti Company, specifically at the implementation of its new lay-out. Redesigned and coordinated the surface treatment industry, acquiring new equipment for the areas of plastic, lathes, extrusion, stamping and tooling. Modern techniques implemented in production such as Just In Time, creating production cells, integrating means of production, assembly lines, introduction of the earliest techniques and MTM;
