This position as the Site Supervisor and Lead Fire Protection Technician, I’m in charge of Management of a crew of seven (7) at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center “ The Presidents Hospital” to include the Medical University and all support buildings on the base approximately 120 different buildings. The hospital and the attached Clinics alone are over 2.5million square feet. My position is to ensure all fire alarm and sprinkler systems are inspected, using the Guide lines and Code books for UFC Unified Criteria, Joint Commission, NFPA, IBC, and NEC to name a few. Perform Fire and Sprinkler Life Safety Quality Control inspection for the Government under NAVFAC Guidelines. I ensure and test all Fire Pumps are operating at a maximum performance with minimum down time, this includes: over 10 fire pumps from 750-1000GPM…I also ensure all preventive Maintenance Inspections and Life Safety Documents meet the quality control requirements and accepted by the Joint Commission Accreditation inspection team for the hospital. I’m required to perform Quality Control Inspections where very detailed information is required. My Technical work requires me to program, service supervise and install FCI, Notiflier Fire Systems and a variety of other systems on Base. I am part of the base Emergency response Team to meet and resolve with Military Officials NAVFAC, and other Base Management and Security Members, for Day to Day Emergencies as they occur and resolve as required. This position allowed me to be the Lead Senior Service and Repair Technician for troubleshooting, programming and Service of Access Control Systems, Lenel, ID pass, AMAG Technology. CCTV Pelco, Spectrum 3 PTZ cameras Bosh, General Electric and a variety of other models fixed and PTZ. I setup IP network for Pelco DVR’S 8100, 8000, 4000 series and others. I Installed and troubleshoot Mag-Locks, Door Strikes PIR’s with push to exit. Including Door King Gate controllers and all the software related to each system. This position I was hired and worked as the Senior Electronic Technician II, in the installation and service of surveillance and CCTV systems with access control using Lenel software, GE, Bosh and Pelco fiber optic cabling terminations. Fire Alarm System Regional Service and Installation Manager

I was the Regional Service Manager and the Lead Technician for the Northern VA, DC and Maryland region. This assignment was in new construction of medium and high rise condo apartments with first floor retail. I have the privilege of being a small business Owner; General and Project Manager. I have completed various construction contracts that were Bid awarded starting at $20,000-$150,000 which were all completed within or under budget and allotted time.
