RETAIL EXPERIENCE

Google Shopping Express (with Adecco agency) – 2/16 – Present – GSX Store Operator & Store Ambassador – Los Angeles, CA. Responsible for shopping, packing, paying, handing packages to couriers, opening and closing the Google Express pack stations (at various store locations). I also occasionally assist as a Courier Captain (passing off the packages, scanning, and stowing packages for customers, prepping them for couriers, and checking in the drivers).

Cirque du Soleil (Kurios show) – 12/15 – 2/16 – VIP Host/Cirquador – VIP Tent – Los Angeles, CA. Distribute VIP credential/badge and VIP gifts (gift bags, masks, cds, popcorn, serve wine), scan tickets, assist VIPs/celebrities with special requests, directions, and various questions. Escort VIPs to various areas of the tent. Help with opening, closing, and maintenance of the VIP area.

The Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts – 2/14 – 3/16 – Patron Services – Concierge/Grand Hall Greeter, Usher, & Ticket Taker – Beverly Hills, CA. Assisted with passing out programs, giving directions, making suggestions, escorting patrons and celebrities to their seats, handling tickets, working and greeting at the front desk. Worked during various performances and events including: Netflix meeting, Spring Awakening, Brief Encounter, Into the Woods, Guys & Dolls, The Chinese New Year Gala, the Beverly Hills Mayoral event, Maurice Hines, Judge Judy Anniversary, Jessica Lang dance, and KCRW film screenings.

Check in wheel chairs, personal items, backpacks. Assist patrons with tickets, programs, seating, give directions. Events and shows include: Oprah Winfrey’s Soul Sessions, The Nutcracker, LA Ballet, Sankai Juku, The Symphonic Body, Snarky Puppy, and several more.

Critics’ Choice TV Awards – 5/15 – Credentials/VIP Production Assistant – The Beverly Hilton Hotel –

Beverly Hills, CA. Organized and distributed walkie talkies and parking passes, checked in production

crew members, passed out All Access badges/credentials, and assisted production coordinators.
