Led team’s negotiations and collaboration in the co-development of a 40,000 sq. m. shared manufacturing facility in China with 3 other John Deere divisions which became the mode for future John Deere shared manufacturingnfacilties.

Achieved $20 million cost avoidance on $300 million of annual sales by introducing lean manufacturing processes including productivity improvements, process standardization & best practices.

Implemented a global standardized data collection/ERP system, evaluated operations and equipment, implemented changes and initiated design modifications, new technology based solutions and training.
