My Name is Eric Samila and I am 44 years old. I am a highly motivated individual with a positive attitude. I have a full range of experience in the construction industry. For the past 16 years have tackled any aspects of building including trim all the way down to structural framing. I have also built decks. My talents are not limited one single phase of construction. During my many years of experience I have done renovation restorations remodeled and built custom homes. I own my own tools truck and are willing to travel. I also have been left in charge on a number of projects because of my leadership qualities, being able to meet deadlines, the ability to read blueprint and communicate with architects, make material lists, and help make decisions, to move the other building trades along. I have taken the RCS building inspector curse and am licensed with the state of New Jersey. I also have some background education in architecture as well. My education and job experience have given me a foundation in the construction arena and I would like to continue pursuing my interests. I am also continuing to further my education by going back to school at night to get my teaching degree.
