Activities :

1. Production Planner and Control :

I make Production plan and target (Monthly, weekly and daily) for Compacting, Sintering, Sizing, Machining and Selection Base on sales forecast from sales department. Then conrol of each Section production to acheive Montly production target.

I also maintain the Work in Progress (WIP) in each section to prevent Lack of WIP in front of each process. also I coordinate with section Supervisor about strategy for daily production for low overtime and efficiency of production Cost.

The Foundation of my esperience is manufacturing, I have passion for acheive the target every month production target and support production operation become more efficient and effective. In this case the basic of lean manufacturing engineering production control become my STRONGEST advantages.

Work Describtion : (November 2015 - Now)

Responsibility :

1. Create Schedule for monthly production plan of each parts mass production (65 item parts) for compacting, Sizing. 2. Make production target for all section

3. Make a Weekly Production Schedule for compacting and Sizing 4. Monitoring production schedule and WIP in machining Section : Sharing machine : NC-Late and Robodrill

5. Ensure and control WIP (Work in Progress) for Hub-Clucth in machining area always ready stock.

Main Job :

1. issuing Monthly, weekly and daily plan for production. 2. Maintain planning and target of each section are acheive and meet acoordance with monthly production target.

3. Cordinate all section for strategy to acheive production target and disposition of production scheduling

2. Sintering and Finishing Supervisor

I maintain Sinteing and Finishing Section for low process cost and achieve production plan base on PPC target. As the Top of sintering, I coordinate all member of sintering and finishing for sintering as team to do process more efficiency and efctive.

I Also do training for member to increase their skill so they can do process with enough knowledge and skill prevent mistake and skip process in our section, operation and handling in sintering area and keep the good quality result of Sintering and finishing Section process. Making good 5 S in our area is our top achevements for cleanliness working place so our working environtments become safety. Responsibility :

Mini Thesis Title : Influence of temperature and time heating to reduction ability on fines sponge conblock with a cement binder Brief about your thesis : My Mini Thesis is to analyze the temperature and heating time effect of reduction ability on the fines sponge conblock as the manifestation in the smelting process of Steel making. Fines sponge conblock is a granulated piece from sponge iron and still bearing iron with high content, first I have to agglomerate fines sponge to form a conblock shape then I bring about reduction process on the muffle furnace using carbon as reductor, and then I enter parameters (temperature and time heating) to begin analyze the influence about final chemical content and microstructure using wet analyze and metallography examination.

Project Work Title : Utilization Of Ex Cooking Oil To Made Solid Soap Brief about your Project : My Project work is making a solid shower soap from utilization or ex cooking oil. The method is using bleaching process to refining and cleaning impurity inside of ex cooking oil, then I have to mixing with sodium hydroxide. After that I did analyze chemical content so that accord with commercial standard.
