Other Responsibilities: I was involved in the Preparation Cost Time Resource (CTR) estimate for Civil/Structural input for all new projects; using such a method to ensure that all projects were allocated proper and sufficient resources and ensured that projects could be completed within a competitive budget.

Using this method the company was awarded the project and the project was executed within the estimated budget. The company was able to stay on track saving the company and clients both money and physical resources. The client was happy because they were able to stay on budget and time with project.
